The small animal ultrasound imaging system has been successfully installed at Kunming University of Science and Technology. This system supports non-invasive real-time scanning of mice and rats, and is equipped with B/M-mode imaging and Doppler flow imaging. It enables precise assessment of cardiac function, organ morphology, and tumor blood perfusion, allowing for long-term longitudinal tracking of the same animal over time. Leveraging its high-performance in vivo imaging capabilities, the system supports research in biomedicine, pharmacy, and disease model construction, thereby enhancing the university's experimental animal research infrastructure. This advancement will contribute to the innovative development of basic research and translational medicine in southwestern Yunnan.
