“The golden crown and red wall reflect Lancang, and the South Asian flavor paints Daizhuang.” The world's most beautiful scenery can always touch the depths of the soul and lead us to embark on a journey of yearning. 2024, July 13-18, the sun was blazing and gentle, the breeze was gentle, the team of YEERAN gathered in the beautiful Xishuangbanna, and jointly opened a meaningful group building event.
Xishuangbanna is called “Mengbala Naxi” in ancient Dai language, which means “ideal and magical paradise”. Here, the sky is covered with ancient trees, the seasons are like spring, and the flowers are full of color; the minority customs are rich and colorful. Walking in this magical land in the southwest border area, the magnificence of primitive scenery and the enthusiasm of Dai people are interwoven into a moving picture scroll, deeply engraved in the heart of every member of YEERAN.
The Call of Mysterious Primitive Forest
At the first stop, we stepped into the mysterious primitive forest. The sunlight shines through the dense canopy of trees, shedding dappled light and shadow. Rare plants and animals thrive here. We took a deep breath of fresh air and felt the selfless gift of nature. With the songs and dances of the Hani tribe, we seem to integrate into this magical land and share the peace and beauty.
Fairytale World Butterfly Garden
Coming to the Butterfly Garden is like entering a fairy tale world, where colorful butterflies dance in the air, mesmerizing. We watch these beautiful creatures from a close distance and capture every touching moment with our lenses, leaving precious memories together.
Explore Wild Elephant Valley
Wild Elephant Valley, as the only habitat for Asian elephants in China, is full of adventure and mystery. We carefully traveled through the forest paths, tracing the traces of wild elephants. Although we were not able to see these behemoths with our own eyes, during the in-depth study at the science base, we learned more about the living habits of elephants and felt the magic of nature and the survival wisdom of wild animals. In addition, the special elephant meal also made us enjoy a lot.
Dai King's Royal Garden in Manglang Park
Manghang Park, a royal garden with a history of more than 1,300 years, attracted our attention with its beautiful scenery of shade and flowers and unique Dai cultural characteristics. The royal buildings in the park are so solemn and gorgeous that people can't help stopping to take photos.
Thousand Years of Ancient Charm of Chief Buddha Temple
Chief Buddha Temple, an ancient temple with a history of more than 1,000 years, has a splendid architectural style that highlights the exotic flavor of Southeast Asia. As one of the earliest Southern Buddhism temples established in Xishuangbanna, it carries deep cultural heritage and religious beliefs. Here, we feel the tranquility and purity of the soul.
Folk Customs of Dai Garden
Walking into the Dai Garden, “the flavor of Dai Village is the most commendable, singing and dancing wildly with wonderful water flying flowers.” The rich ethnic flavor comes to the surface. The exquisite architecture, unique folklore and hospitality of the Dai people have left a deep impression on us. In the Water Splashing Square, we experienced the Dai Water Splashing Festival. Under the sunshine, the water splashes, songs and laughter intertwined into a sea of joy.
Hiking Challenge in Keno Mountain Rainforest
“Explore the wonders of the Kino Mountains and honor the matriarchal heritage.” The rainforest hiking activity in Keno Mountain let us feel the charm of nature again. The scenery along the way was picturesque, with green mountains and green water accompanying us. During the hike, we supported and encouraged each other to complete the challenge together. Every step was full of determination and strength, and every drop of sweat witnessed our unity and hard work.
When night falls, the bright lights of Starlight Night Market illuminate the whole night sky. This is one of the most distinctive and largest night market clusters in the Greater Golden Triangle. Specialty food, style bars, coffee and desserts, ethnic clothing ...... various stores and stalls are full of dazzling, overwhelming. Six countries water bazaar, catching the pendulum field, Southeast Asian food island, boat dock ...... each place exudes a unique charm to attract our attention. Here, we seem to be in a bustling fairyland on earth enjoying this rare leisure and cozy.

The trip to Xishuangbanna was not only a beautiful and mysterious experience, but also a journey of admiration for nature and cultural experience, an experience that made the team more cohesive, leaving behind endless beautiful memories and realizing the true meaning of life.
