Rapid glass bead sterilizer is a product that uses high-temperature glass beads to quickly sterilize your small laboratory equipment on site. It is a small device that can be placed in an ultra-clean workbench.
The design and process of G500 has passed the dry heat sterilizer spore suspension test: USPXXIII, Part1211. G500 consists of a stainless steel container filled with fine glass beads that can be heated to 260℃ to achieve dry heat sterilization. The heating temperature can reach 260℃
No maintenance required, just clean the outside of the device regularly and replace the glass beads. When using, just pour 1/2 of the glass beads.
It can be used for sterilizing surgical forceps, scissors, needles, etc.
