- Product Description
-
The WBP system is used to detect respiratory function and airway hyperresponsiveness in awake and freely moving animals. This detection method avoids the effects of traumatic tracheotomy and anesthesia. The experimental process is simple and fast, and is particularly suitable for large-scale rapid initial screening experiments and long-term follow-up studies.
1. The animal is awake and moves freely (non-invasive testing);
2. Paired with Cough analyzer, it can count coughs and perfectly distinguish cough and sneeze waveforms;
3. The signal amplifier is adaptively calibrated, eliminating the need for tedious operations such as adjusting Gain and amplification factors;
4. Standard atomization drug delivery function;
5. Suitable for rapid initial screening of multiple groups in batches;
6. Suitable for long-term follow-up research;
7. It has water and food feeding interfaces to facilitate long-term experiments;
8. Optional: Temperature/humidity monitoring to improve data accuracy;
9. Optional: animal temperature and blood pressure monitoring;
10. Easy to expand, flexible configuration, can detect up to 32 animals at the same time;
11. Comply with GLP requirements.
12. No anesthesia is required, and the experiment is convenient and quick;
13. Data is presented immediately without waiting; a variety of graphics and statistical analysis data can be exported;
14. Mouse, rat and guinea pig models are provided as standard. Special Plethysmographs for various common experimental large animals such as rabbits, cats, dogs, pigs, monkeys, birds, etc. can be customized;
15. Can be connected to special gas analyzers and other equipment for respiratory metabolism research (Metabolism);
16. It can be connected to oxygen, CO, CO2, nitrogen and other gases and related analyzers to meet various experimental schemes.Product Application:
It is mainly used in various drug screening, drug efficacy and safety evaluation, toxicology, and medical preclinical research related to respiratory diseases such as asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness;
