The in vitro vascular tension measurement system is used for various in vitro tissue studies, such as in vitro microvessels, in vitro aorta, lung trachea and other annular samples (sample diameter can reach up to 10mm). It has an automated vascular standardization program for optimizing the initial tension value setting. After the sample is fixed and balanced, the passive length-tension relationship of the blood vessel is measured by the DMT microvascular standardization software program to determine the optimal initial tension of the microvessel. The repeatability and stability of the data during the experiment are guaranteed. During the experiment, the circumference of the blood vessel remains constant, that is, the blood vessel will undergo an isometric contraction process. The drug can be directly added to the bath, and the contraction or relaxation effect of the drug on the blood vessel is reflected by measuring the change in tension.

• Automated vascular standard procedures
• Ideal equipment for high-throughput drug screening experiments and dose-effect curve experiments
• Clamp-type holder fixes microvessels ranging from 30 microns to 450 microns in diameter
• Needle fixation for blood vessels with a diameter of more than 450 microns
• Samples can remain active for more than 12 hours
• Built-in heating and electric control valve can quickly remove waste liquid at the same timeProduct Application:
1. Research on basic vascular physiological functions (vascular smooth muscle function, vascular endothelial function, length-tension relationship, vascular wall tension and Xingtai measurement, pharmacological evaluation)
2. Drug screening & mechanism of action research (screening of vasoactive drugs, mechanism of action of contractile and diastolic drugs, drug development and safety evaluation)
3. Pathophysiology research (hypertension, atherosclerosis, diabetes, aging, heart failure and heart disease)
