Recently, YEERAN held a 7-day group activity in the beautiful Sanya.
This activity was not only a joyful group building trip, but also witnessed the solemn and warm signing ceremony of the Phase IV Share Incentive Signing Ceremony of YEERAN.

The ceremony opened with a speech by Mr. Pang Jun, Chairman of YEERAN: YEERAN has been in business for fifteen years, and nearly half of its employees have more than ten years of working experience, which has become the cornerstone of the company to withstand the wind and waves from small to large. As a dynamic team, 60% of the employees are less than 40 years old, and they are the strong wings of the company to withstand the wind in the future. The three years of the epidemic and the industry's difficulties in 2023 have made the company realize that excellence comes from internal cohesion. Looking back at the past fifteen years, YEERAN has built a double helix development code by virtue of two key factors: Learning and enterprising inspires us to innovate and emerge from the cocoon, while win-win cooperation makes us form a community of destiny.
The joining of every new employee, every solemn commitment, and the growth of every newcomer in the workplace are all the embodiment of YEERAN continuous vitality and vigor. Because we are always evolving and pursuing excellence, which is the unchanging pursuit of YEERAN.
At the equity incentive signing ceremony, we welcomed three outstanding new members, and also witnessed the company's affirmation and recognition of the thirteen equity incentive recipients together. This unique honor is not only the praise for individual contribution, but also the affirmation of the results of teamwork. Every employee who signed the contract knows that this contract is not only about personal rights and interests, but also carries the company's expectations and trust. They will devote themselves to the development of YEERAN with more enthusiasm and a higher sense of responsibility.

Complementing the signing ceremony of the equity incentive, our group building activities were also unforgettable. We swim in the sea, feel the fun of sea fishing, release the physical and mental pressure; we bravely enter the stream, appreciate the challenge of stream tracing, feel the vitality of life; team members support each other to overcome the difficulties; and the South Bay Monkey Island is where we feel the charm of nature together, and it is for us to find a freedom and relaxation in the sound of laughter.
When the fish bites the hook at that moment, the little friends are happy like a group of explorers who found a new continent, excitedly shouting, face full of undisguised joy.
In the deep forests, canyons and streams, swimming against the current, overcoming the obstacles in the terrain, we trust each other, tacit understanding, mutual help, face the challenges together, and move towards success together!
