The ZS-FD stereotaxic apparatus is also called a stereotaxic apparatus. It uses a three-dimensional coordinate system defined by the marks on the outside of the skull or other reference points to determine the location of certain subcortical neural structures, so that they can be stimulated, destroyed, injected with drugs, guided with potentials, etc. in a directional manner without direct visual exposure. The animal brain stereotaxic apparatus is an important research device in the fields of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, neuropharmacology, and neurosurgery. It is used for directional injection, stimulation, destruction, and guided potentials of neural structures. It can be used to establish animal models of Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, brain tumor models, learning and memory, brain neural stem cell transplantation, cerebral ischemia, and other studies.
The instrument is equipped with a set of rat adapters and a pair of ear bars. The stereotaxic instrument can also be equipped with operating arms on the left and right sides.
