YEERAN
2026 Gannan Team Building
In the vastness of heaven and earth, among the multitude of lives, we find each other

Summer 2026
All Colleagues of Yi Ren Heng Ye
Along the crimson walls of Labrang Monastery,
By the Bailong River in Langmu Temple,
Past the stone peaks of Lianbao Yeze,
Through the morning mists of Zhagana—
From 1,500 meters to 4,500 meters above sea level,
We witness the heavens and the earth,
We witness all living beings,
And in doing so, we witness each other.
Labrang Monastery – A High Ground of Faith

The Prayer Wheel Corridor
Here stands the world's longest corridor of prayer wheels—stretching 3.5 kilometers, with over 2,000 wheels lined along the walls, slowly turned to the rhythm of chanting sutras.
Red Walls and Golden Roofs
Labrang Monastery in August. The crimson walls and golden spires glow softly in the summer light, wrapped in a stillness that quiets the mind and steeps the soul in peace.
Devout Faith
Beneath the red walls, before the golden roofs, beside the spinning wheels—the devout silhouettes and earnest gazes remind us that faith is the deepest thread woven into the fabric of Tibet.

Highland Drive – Witness the Grandeur of Nature!
Langmu Temple – A Pure Land of Sacred Chants
One town, two provinces. The Bailong River cuts through the middle—north to Gansu, south to Sichuan.
On the northern bank stands Saichi Temple, its golden roofs crowning the hillside in radiant glory. Across the water, on the southern bank, lies Gelidi Temple, where butter lamps flicker
endlessly in the main hall, and the air hangs heavy with the mingled scent of yak butter and sandalwood.
Through it all, the monks' deep, rhythmic chanting rises and falls like a living breath—a pulse of devotion that never fades.

Same Path, Same Rhythm
At 3,300 meters, every step demands more. Breath quickens. Limbs grow heavy. But no one falters. As we make our way slowly through the temple halls, the high altitude may slow our feet—but it sharpens our sight. We see each other's resolve with crystalline clarity.

Slow Steps, Steady Strides
Walking slower, we walk steadier—this is the highland's lesson to the team. What matters is not how fast we move, but the shared understanding that we arrive together. What Langmu Temple leaves us with is not the view—it is the journey we traveled side by side, watching over each other every step of the way.

Lianbao Yeze – The Jade Peaks

A World of Cerulean Blue
Lianbao Yeze means "the Jade Peaks of Dignity." Its jagged stone spires thrust skyward like colossal swords, while the waters of Zhaga'er Lake shimmer in an unreal shade of blue.
As we ascend from 3,800 to 4,520 meters above sea level, every labored step reminds us: this is the highland. Yet no one falls behind. We walk among the rocky giants, as though treading through the sacred realm of deities.
This is the most arduous leg of our journey—and the one that brings us closest together. Altitude sickness, gasping breath, trembling legs—yet we stay side by side. What Lianbao Yeze imparts to us is not the thrill of conquest, but the profound truth that even at the highest heights, we can still hold one another up.
Charge together. Breathe together

Excel Together. Go Wild Together

Persevere Together. Pride Together

Witness Together. Conquer Together

Zhagana – Morning Mist and Rising Smoke

Zhagana – Morning Mist and Rising Smoke
Zhagana, in Tibetan, means "Stone Box"—a name born from the towering peaks that enclose it on every side, with Tibetan villages nestled peacefully in between.
For two days, we made our home among these mountains. Each morning, we opened our windows to stone spires wrapped in drifting clouds, while shafts of dawn light slipped through the rocky gaps and painted the entire valley in a warm, golden glow.
Perhaps the true meaning of journeying together is this: to sit quietly in the beauty of it all, side by side, with no words needed.

After Gannan, We Continue Together
As the journey draws to a close and we make our way back, the Ruoergai and Sanke Grasslands drift past the window—the same landscapes that welcomed us days ago are now slowly fading behind us. But something has stayed.
Gannan is remote, raw, and high above sea level. And precisely because of that, it became the true touchstone of our team. When unity was most needed, we proved that we are worthy of each other's trust.
The summer of 2026 for Yeeran began with the resonant bells of Labrang Monastery and ended with the soft morning mist of Zhagana. In between, we crossed towering peaks and flowing rivers, and walked through the sacred terrain of faith. And in the end, we returned to the simplest, truest purpose of all: to walk this path together.
